The whole place was gorgeous and looked just like the pictures. It was a short walk to the community dock, which was so peaceful 😍. The private access to the beach was right across the street. What I didn't expect, was the beach chairs/umbrellas/fishing poles/charcoal grill available for use, that were stored in the garage. That was a pleasant surprise. My whole family loved the house and location! We will absolutely stay here again!

Kickin back at the beach
We stayed here week of May 18. Great place to get away to enjoy the beach and will stay again and again .... Loved the beautiful staircase and covered porch at main entrance to house. The driveway is large so plentiful parking and no need to shuffle cars around. Lots of outside spaces to sit with a drink and enjoy views of the ocean and sound - highly recommend sitting in the crows nest and watching the sun rise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. The house is well stocked with all the comforts of home but with a relaxing beach decor to put you in vacation mode. The main living area is spacious with views all-around of the ocean and sound. The kitchen is a good size with everything needed to make meals. Enjoyed escaping with a book to the reading nook on the main floor. Beds were very comfortable and because of the private community the street very quiet especially at night. We all slept well after a fun day at the beach. The beach is a very convenient short walk so you can maximize time spent on the beach. We got good use of the wagon to transport our daily beach supplies (think small army encampment to get you through the day on the beach). Also it is a short walk to the community peer overlooking the sound where we could sit in peace and quiet watching the local wildlife - especially the birds wading through the sawgrass and fish breaking water - as well as the local fisherman returning from a day on the ocean. Great experience and looking forward to returning to the house.

🌟 Wonderful Beach Getaway! 🌟
We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beach house on Topsail Island, and we couldn�t be happier with our experience! Here�s why:
Perfect Location: The beach house is situated right off of the main road. You still have breathtaking views of the ocean and the sound if you want to relax on the crows nest, but not hear traffic driving by the house all day. It is just a short walk to both the shared private beach access and to the sound dock, where you could launch your kayak or enjoy the quiet. Plus, it�s conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants.
Fresh and Stylish: The interior was beautifully decorated with brand-new furniture. Everything felt clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchens were the perfect size. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Extras: Two of the three bedrooms had a screened in porch right outside the sliding door, so you could leave the door open for the breeze without worrying about bugs. And it was a nice way to sit outside if you wanted a break from the sun. There was even a beach cart and chairs included with the house, to make the beach even more accessible. The stairs from the bedrooms to the main living area where very manageable � not too steep or too many. The laundry was right outside the bedroom doors. There was a nice, large front porch in front of the house, with a nice view, since there is no house right across from it. And plenty of different options for watching the big screen tv in the evening.
Overall, our Topsail Island vacation was unforgettable, thanks to this fantastic beach house. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. 🏖️🌴
