Seabee Surf is situated on the beach in North Topsail Beach, within the picturesque Topsail Island in North Carolina. This property boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. It welcomes pets, allowing up to four dogs with a non-refundable pet fee. The bedding arrangements include one King-size bed, four Queen-size beds, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a triple bunk bed with a queen, twin, and full size, a twin lounge chair, and a spacious twin rollaway bed. The home features five televisions, internet access, Wi-Fi, an elevator servicing all floors, and ample outdoor seating across three oceanfront decks. Additionally, there is a 240 NEMA charging outlet in the carport for electric vehicles.
Ground Level: Step into beach bliss! Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the invigorating scent of salty air and the soothing sound of waves crashing. There is covered parking available for two vehicles, subject to size restrictions, with direct access to the ocean. This level also includes a hot and cold shower for rinsing off after a beach day, along with beach chairs and an umbrella stored in the storage room.
First Level: You can access this level via two entrances: either the ocean-side stairs leading up to the oceanfront deck or through the carport entrance. This floor features an elegantly decorated family room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one full bathroom.
Family Room: This area is equipped with a smart TV (including remote) and a DVD player, with a couch that converts into a queen-sized bed. Enjoy stunning ocean vistas from this space!
Dining Area: Dine or have fun playing board games at the splendid table that seats six, all while taking in the ocean view.
Kitchen: Unleash your inner chef in this fully stocked kitchen, complete with extensive granite countertops for meal preparation and stainless steel appliances. A beverage fridge is also available, and the kitchen counter can accommodate three additional guests on stools.
Bedroom One: Located down the hall behind the kitchen is a tastefully furnished bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and lovely views over the intracoastal waterway. This room has an attached bathroom with a full shower and tub combination.
Second Level: This floor consists of three bedrooms and includes a full-sized washer and dryer conveniently located in the main closet, which also houses an iron and ironing board.
Bedroom Two: The first bedroom on the left at the top of the stairs offers oceanfront views and includes a queen-sized bed, a twin lounge chair, and a Smart TV. This room provides access to the oceanfront deck through a sliding door. While there is no direct beach access from this deck, the ocean views are breathtaking.
Bedroom Three: Located second on the left down the hallway, this oceanfront room offers a queen-sized bed, complemented by charming distressed beach-themed furniture, along with a medium-sized TV equipped with a remote control. An added convenience is its own private bathroom, which includes a full shower/tub combination. Guests will also enjoy access to the oceanfront deck, although this area is shared with bedroom number two and does not provide direct beach access.
Bedroom Four: Situated directly across the hall from bedroom three, this room features a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a triple bunk bed, which consists of a queen bed on the bottom, a twin XL in the middle, and a full XL on top. This bunk room is also fitted with a Smart TV and provides lovely views of the intracoastal waterway, though it lacks deck access, making it ideal for younger guests. Additionally, this bedroom connects to a full bathroom that is also used by bedroom number two.
Top Level: This floor boasts breathtaking ocean views worth millions and is exclusively designated for the Master Bedroom along with a full master bath. The spacious room is furnished with a king-sized bed, a medium-sized TV that comes with a remote, and a walk-in closet. The full bathroom features a double vanity and a generously sized jetted tub/shower combo. The private oceanfront deck offers truly spectacular views, though it is important to note that there is no beach access from this deck, situated four levels up.
