A REAL LOCAL from the fishing village of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. I am a lifetime resident of this beautiful area and call it home. My career started in real estate in 1999, working as an assistant to a local REALTOR. There I developed skills and knowledge that are used to make my career a success. I received my real estate license in 2001 with the desire to help people with purchasing their dream home, vacation retreat, investments for their future and building their investment portfolio.

I quickly became a successful REALTOR in the area because of my local knowledge and education. My hard work has proven to make me a successful and dedicated top agent throughout my career. Over the past several years, I have received several prestigious awards within my industry.

Education is essential. I have worked diligently over the years and have been awarded several designations due to extensive studies in the field of real estate. I possess a CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) designation which is awarded to less than 4% of all REALTORS, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and RRS (Recreation Resort Specialist). I am currently a member of the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS, Jacksonville Association of REALTORS and also a member of the Topsail Island Association of REALTORS where I serve on the Board of Directors, which is a position voted on by my fellow REALTORS.

In my spare time, I enjoy offshore fishing in my boat named REALTOR and especially enjoy coastal living at its best. I also enjoy golfing at one of the local golf courses, and spending time on the beach with friends and family.
